Only one who devotes himself to a cause with his whole strength and soul can be a true master.
The more you sweat in peace the less you bleed in war.
If you’re afraid to fall you fall because you’re afraid.

Aint found a way to kill me yet
Eyes burn with stinging sweat
Seems every path leads me to nowhere, mmm.
Never confuse what is impossible with what hasn’t been done yet.
There’s a secret language to our surroundings. A language that whispers to us instead of screams, and if you lean in close enough to listen you’ll find there are answers hidden in this quiet language. It can tempt you, dare you, and taunt you, and after you’ve spent enough time listening to it, you’ll begin to realize how much more you are capable of.
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.

It is a discipline. It is real, and it is a purpose. It is the desire to escape, reach, help, or defend, put into physical practice. It is reason. To truly train, one must become both selfless and unyielding. The will to carry forward, against all odds, is what starts you down the road.
Man discovers freedom the moment he loses concern over what impression he is making or about to make.
On every progression of your training, there will be new things you will try. You will be afraid each time…just don’t let it stop you.
Parkour is a method of training which allows us to overcome obstacles, both in the urban and natural environments. It’s a weapon in disguise. We train…and when one day we encounter a problem, we know that we are able to use it. It can be the art of flight, of the chase, of helping someone with a problem…something ordinary. It happened to me that I had to climb up to the second...

We must be swift as a coursing river - with all the force of a great typhoon - with all the strength of a raging fire - mysterious as the dark side of the moon.
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness.
It’s been more than thirty years since the wolf and the winter cold. And now, as then, it is not fear that grips him, only restlessness… a heightened sense of things. The seaborn breeze coolly kissing the sweat at his chest and neck. Gulls cawing, complaining, even as they feast on the thousands of floating dead. The steady breathing of the 300 at his back, ready to die for him without a...
Pure as we begin. Pure as we come in. Pure as we begin. Ruled by will alone. Pure as we begin. Here we have a stone. Gather, place, erase so. Shelter turns to home. Pure as we begin. Here we have a stone. Thrown to stray the stranger. Swore to crush his bones. Ruled by will alone. Spark becomes a flame. Flame becomes a fire. Light the way or warm this Home we occupy. Spark becomes a flame....

Childhood's End →
You shout in your sleep - perhaps the price is just too steep. Is your conscious at rest if once put to the test? You wake with a start to just the beating of your heart - just one man beneath the sky…just two tears, just two eyes. You set sail across the sea of long past thoughts and memories. Childhood’s end, your fantasies merge with harsh realities. Then as the sail is hoist, you...
